Team headstrong will enter 2014 under 2 new teams, Greenville Velo (out of Greenville, SC) and Maddog83 (out of Tucson, Az).. It has been a great 4 years of racing, companionship, and community. We have accomplished some great things, but like all things, time moves on and so will we. See below for more details......

Saturday Plan
Who is planning on doing the UWBL on Saturday? Weather looks good, and I am planning on coming up so Giselle can pull me around......
I'm still not sure if I'll be there...the downtown 5K is sat, and I'll do that if the weather is funky, but I'll do the UWBL if it's nice. I'm a little unsure about doing 100 miles, however...any suggestions, Bird?
Yes, please work on that bail out plan...for my sake, at least! And,thanks for the reminder about TODAY, the day before...I often neglect the importance of that!
And 5+ hours on the bike still sounds more enjoyable to me...

I guess I did not realize that they were doing a century..... we did do 85 last Saturday... 100 is a stretch but it all depends on the pace.....
I think I will look at a bail out plan just in case.....
Remember to eat and hydrate well the day before, and plan to continue to do so on the bike.....
Let's see 5K in 20mins or 5+ hours on the bike........ Come on Giselle think of what you would be missing.....
