We are in full swing as far as potential team activities. There is one real truth. YOU CAN"T DO IT ALL. Each of us have lives, families, jobs (well maybe not?) and interests other than cycling and TEAM headstrong. So do what you can....do what you want to....do what is fun. Just remember, this is a marthon and not a sprint:
Tuesday - SCTAC - Team pow -wow at 5:50PM. CAT 4 women and Men Cat 4/5 will be invited to do the B's in practice for Rock Hill Omnium where we will race together. It is always your call on which group you ride in. I am planning on a week in the A's after RHO to evaluate how it fits my training needs. By then, all the Cat 4 Women will veterans and running their own show!
Wednesday - I am doing 3 hours endurance (Z1-Z2). Flexible on AM start time and flexible on start place. Looking for some company for all or part of it. We can talk of not........I 've been doing a lot of solo so I could use company.
Friday - 11:00- 12:30 - Sprint clinic - Fundamentals: Standing start, grip, body position, gearing. Cleveland Park/Greenville. Meet at TEAM HQ.
Saturday - Four hour Climbing ride. Time and starting point to be announced based on weather forecast.

SOUNDS AWESOME! See you on Friday and Saturday for some fun in the sun! Let's rock and roll!
I will not be there Tuesday, and Beth is down in Atlanta helping us move... we will be doing a training ride ....
Someone will need to take on the JV (Jens Voight) role......
Noone can quite fill your shoes, bird. We will carry on. Good luck with the moving.
I'm hoping on doing the A ride at Donaldson this Tues for a change. I'm also need to start riding my TT bike, so plan to get out on that on Wednesday, perhaps at Donaldson. Anyone wishing to brave being around me on a TT bike on Wed for a couple of hours will be welcome company!
Wish I could be there for Saturday (we are driving home from Indy on Saturday). I actually had a hard ride on tap for Sunday afternoon with my training partner. He just had something come up. Would anyone be interested in a 60 mile hard ride?
Perry and KP are riding Sunday
