From the Director Sportif

It is another Tuesday and I hope we stay in the B ride. Why?
* It simulates our races
* We can practice tactics
* We can work as hard..... and did last week as A group
* This ride will tax us anaerobically with many short efforts.
* We had a ton of fun last week.
Sure, the big boys are in the A's and we have to swallow our pride a little. If you wanted to 'ride', that is what you can do in the A's. BUT, YOU SAID, YOU WANTED TO RACE!
We will matriculate to A's as time goes by. I hope when we do that our skills, fitness and confidence will allow us to race. Going and setting in just to say , "I finished the A's.", may have little benefit on race day.

BE THERE AT THE TEAM POW WOW AT 5:50. GISELLE WILL LEAD THE WOMEN AND BIRD THE MEN BUT WE WILL ALL BE WORKING TOGETHER!

LOOKS LIKE CHIPOTLE AFTER....that is when we tell all the stories!
