There is tons of mental prep but I will leave that to Teenie. You are 2-3 days out now.
Here are some practical tips:
* Rest up the week prior........rested legs are important.
* Get all your gear out early.
* Take everything you think you might remotely need.
* Tune and wash your bikes...look everything over including your tires.
* Be sure you have ridden them if anything was done to them.
* Bring extra tubes, tires and wheels, if you have them.
* Remember your trainer and bike pump.
* Leave very early for the inital race.
* Try to stay (spend the nights) as close as you can to the races.
* Only race the weekend of the race.....nothing else. This is about you and your race.
* Eat right and drink for 3 days prior and during the weekend.
* Sleep alot.
* Stay off you feet.
* Have a plan for each race along with contengies for things you cannot control.
* No matter what your performance, keep showing up and go 100%. Today's goat is tomorrows hero and vice versa.......note: Le Tour de France.
