On another note....
Lauren got a call last Wednesday from one of Thomas Keller's restaurants in Napa and flew out on Thursday to spend 2 days working in his restaurant AD HOC, which resulted in them offering her a position which she has accepted.... so Team Headstrong's 2010 camp launched another career..... she wanted to let everyone know that that event told her what she wanted to do, and thanks to all of you for helping her find her true passion.
